*Pre-felt is a partially felted material made from wool fibres. The fibres have been lightly felted together but are not fully consolidated and so do not have the same structure as a fully “fulled” piece of felt. Due to its partially felted state, it allows for easier manipulation and shaping, making it very versatile.
