Q: Where are you located?
A: The Fabric and Felt Studio is located at 323 Grassdale Road Gumdale 4154, Queensland. Australia. It is
an acreage block easily accessible from the M1.
Q: Do you sell felting supplies?
A: Yes I do. To make a purchase, kindly get in touch to schedule a visit as I do not offer online sales.
Q: What felting supplies to do you sell?
A: I sell a large range of coloured merino wool (18-22 micron), a limited range of silk tops as well as silk hankies, felting needles, felting pens.
Q: Do you conduct private classes?
A: Yes, I do. Please contact me to discuss details, times, and dates.
Q: What are your payment options?
A: Payment is accepted by PayPal, credit card (through PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account), Apple Pay (credit card), bank deposit.
PayPal – PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
We use PayPal for payments and other services. If you wish to use one of these services and pay on our website, PayPal may collect the personal data you provide, such as payment and other identifying information. PayPal uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us and others, including for fraud detection, harm and loss prevention, authentication, analytics related to the performance of its services, and to comply with applicable legal requirements. Bank deposit – Bank transfer details are included on your order confirmation which you should receive via email once you have placed your order. Please confirm payment via email. If your payment is not received within five (5) business days, your order will be cancelled.
Apple Pay – To pay with Apple Pay remember you must be on an Apple device and using your Safari web browser.
What is your cancellation policy on workshops?
- Full payment is required at the time of booking, or your booking may not be deemed confirmed.
- Full refunds are given for cancellations made up to 5 days before the workshop start date. Alternatively you can rebook another date if available.
- Cancellations made within 5 days of the workshop will incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the workshop cost, applicable regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
- No refunds will be issued if cancelled on the day, or once a two day workshop has begun.
- No refund will be issued for no-shows.
- If you are unable to attend, please consider gifting the workshop to avoid any cancellation fee.
